FILE LOCKING

Hello to all,
I want to ask if someone know an easy way to find locked file in a remote server. I cannot log in to it because is a SAN unit, and I don't have admin right on it. I read the OH.exe help you find local locked file but I want to know:
1) if I can use it to scan remote file
2) If there another third party tool that allow me to do that?
