After doing 20 minutes of research online on ITIL, it sounds like you people are being duped. ITIL sounds like a waste of time and money

There is a web site that has nothing but free e-textbooks on a
variety of subjects. While I'm not sure they'll have what you're
looking for, it still might be worth checking out. Hope this helps!
