Need Help - CCleaner has Spyware????

I just installed the most recent version of CCleaner (formerly Computer Crap), which I've found very helpful in the past. I'm running Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007. Not long after installing CC I got a popup from Trend Micro listing a suspicious change to my computer's memory, saying that the file - ccsetup 141[1].exe - contained spyware! I'm ignoring it, since it said it was a low-risk change, but wonder how spyware could be considered low risk and if I should be uninstalling CCleaner. I'm no techie and definitely on shaky ground with this sort of thing.

I'm running CCleaner 141 without any warnings...
Depending on where you downloaded it from, the installer should be 2,720,456 bytes.

Trend may be returning a 'false positive' because my system has not given any alerts for this product.

I run AVG Antivirus and Zone Alarm and AVG Antispyware. Spyware Doctor has not reported anything either.

on my antivirus software. Neither Norton nor SpySweeper AV flag it.

Trojan-Dropper.Agent Alert When Opening Containing Folder
Spyware Doctor throws this error when I attempt to open acontaining folder from cccleaner. Replication steps and error message follow.

1. Analyze
2. From the 'Analysis Complete' pane, right-click on Remote Desktop > View detailed results (I am looking for the containing folder so that I can add Remote Desktop to the excluded folder list)
3. From the resulting 'Description' pane, right-click and then select 'Open containing folder' from pop-up menu

Spyware then throws this alert:

8/21/2009 9:54:50 AM:570 IntelliGuard: System Event Blocked
Threat Name - Trojan-Dropper.Agent
Details - Spyware Doctor has blocked an application attempting to access a file.
Risk Level - High
Infection - C:\Windows\System32\explorer.exe

Running Spyware Doctor and Symantec Anti-virus scans don't flag this apparent trojan. I then scanned with Ad-Aware, and still no trojan found. Any idea what may be going on?
