How to monitor bandwidth usage

Hi, I am using a Cisco asa 5510 and using ASDM 5.2 to control my firewall. I want to be able to view the bandwidth usage, such as how much is being used, and then on top of that, which computers are using the most, and would really like to be able to see where they are pulling all the bandwidth from (straming media, downloading, etc...) Is this possible in ASDM or do I need to purchase or find another form of software that will do this for me. If you have any ideas and can help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Try Fireplotter
I am using the utility Fireplotter 1.2 that monitors bandwidth usage on the ASA 5510 but so far am not that impressed with it and am looking for something more robust.

If you find any other utilities similar or better than Fireplotter please let me know.
