Office 2003 pdf maker

Several years ago I think I downloaded a program that added two buttons on each toolbar in the programs of the office suite. The buttons take the "set Print" settings and convert the output to a pdf file. In excel it allowed a specific table or graph on selected sheets to be converted without converting the whole file. For my large spreadsheets, it saves considerable time. The buttons in Excel have disappeared. Does anyone have an idea of where the program might have come from or might be gotten from? Word buttons are still there and work fine. Any way to access them to find what the program name was?
Many thanks for your help.
