Can RAID be activated after XP Pro has been installed?

I have an ASUS P5n-32-E Plus motherboard that I installed XP Pro on. Now I'd like to activate the motherboard's R.A.I.D. capabilities. Is it possible to activate RAID on a set of newly installed hard drives that are separate from the C drive without having to re-install XP Pro?
If this is possible tell me how to do it...
Thanks!

Sure
Yes, you can. As long as they arent your boot drives. You can add a RAID1 data storage volume.
