I'm evaluating different types of Helpdesk Software solutions in the internet but seems to many out there.
Could somebody our there share some of experiences on using helpdesk software solutions? and share thoughts on what do think are the best helpdesk software that i can used.
My basic requirements are:
1. web based.
2. can respond via email.
3. flexible reporting
I appreciate any feedback from this group.

Servicedesk +
Pretty good. Sometimes the updates can get a little wierd but it is what I am using and it gets about 7 out of ten.

We use Vision Helpdesk, it allows us to manage our multiple companies with single installation.
It's fast and web interface is pretty cool with Ajax.
It offers two way email parsing i.e not just clients can send email tickets but staff can also reply to tickets from their email clients.
Overall Vision helpdesk works great and satisfies our needs.
