I have problem when revoke local administrative privileges from domain

Temp Admin Priv
You have to temporarily grant them admin priv. in order to change the default viewer. I had the same problem, I had to log in as admin change the user to admin change the default file viewer to the program of choice log out, log back in and revoke admin from user.
