I've got a laptop which is using intel 3495abg wireless lan card but i cannot login to any domain in my office unless use a wire to login once. I found that the wireless lan card does not on before enter the XP OS.

Updated drivers
This card has known problems and needs updated drivers. That resolved the issue for me.
