email password invalid/case sensitive

I have recently changed the password on my isp supplied email. since then i have not been able to access that account or any other account that uses an alpha-numerical password on any website i use, for instance,newegg.
i have reset/deleted history on ie7.
changed form outlook 2003 to outlook express.
i used ieak 7 to help and came up with a 'urlmon.dll failure'.
also a system restore did nothing to alleviate the problem.
cale tech said it is a pc problem do to his ability to access email from his end.
anybody have this problem before?

Have you tried using a 3rd party browser?...

Like Mozilla Firefox or Opera or any other?

Are u able to sign in with the password online.in other words are u able to access the WEBMAIL????

Please let me know what are the errors do u get when your trying to send/recieve emails.
Does it ask you for the password again and again.
Does it happen with outlook express as well.???
Please do give me more info.
Whats ur ISP?

If you are not able to logon to the webmail..then you can never use outlook 2003 to send receive emails.

i use time warner. they bought comcast and adelphia recently and i just moved into an adelphia area with my old email. so, i got messed up in the mass confusion. a level 3 tech finally updated my email and everything in running good.
