Forwarded emails from blackberry to Outlook is different

I am been having this problem many times. Whenever I .cc a email from my blackberry to my Outlook in my office, the time difference is about a few hrs. (eg. I sent at 0700, the time in outlook will be 1000). The only i checked is the time setting on my blackberry which is fine. I am using Outlook with emails coming from Exchange. Is there any things else i can checked?
