RWW on small biz server 2003

i need some help, i have a network with 6 people in, 5 of them need to remote into their desktops from home, one just needs email, the five people are working great. The company does not want the 6th to be able to view anything else on the RWW except his outlook. How can i limit one user to just OWA on the RWW?
