re: edit right click
First, please turn off CAPS lock when you are posting to forums such as this. Typing in all caps is considered shouting and very rude.
Now, please provide further info. Are D and E drives a CD/DVD drive or a hard drive? If the system THINKS they are CD/DVD drives, auto-play is a normal option on right click and you can not edit the menu. If hard drives, what's on them? Are they bootable drives with old operating systems on them? You said you just formatted and reinstalled WinXP SP2 and there's no virus on the PC. How can you be sure? Was there a virus on it before reformat? Did you wipe the virus from D and E?

Sometime, somewhere, folk are going to actually READ the threads that they jump onto, which you clearly did not do!
Format your pendrive - that should do it.
