Strange Problem with outlook 2003

Hi

The Outlook program on one of our systems here has started acting strange lately

here is the problem

Whenever a new email is composed and I click on send, nothing happens, no error message, it doesn't go to the out box, nothing..

A workaround we found is to save the email (file-save) close the email window then reopen the email and then it goes to the Inbox.

The only change that has been done to the program is I added a second email account to it.

Does anyone have any Idea as to what could have caused this or how to fix it.
