MS SQL 2005 Express - Copy a Database

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask such a question, but here it goes

I am VERY NEW working in MS SQL 2005 Express (SQL in general) and I have set up a database on my work computer, but I need to work on the database on my home computer.

Besides starting from scratch, is there a way to copy the entire database from my work computer to my home system?

I am using SQL 2005 Express.

Thank you,
DBrown

Backup
I've never used express but you should be able to right click the database itself and select the option to back up your database.

Try these backup utilities
There are many options to do what you need but if you don't have so much experience I recommend you to try these tools.

- http://sqlbackupandftp.com/ to create your backups.
- http://sqlbackupandftp.com/restore/ to restore your backups.

Both tools are very intuitive and easy to use.
