cannot open excel document successfully in excel 2003

I have a user who is trying to open an excel document stored on a network server using excel 2003 . However when he tries to open the document he is missing graphs and some data . Other users using Excel 97 have no problem viewing the excel document and see all of the information.

Does not support Charts/Graphs/Shapes
EX 2007 OWA does not support this type of data inside a spreadsheet. It will open the file and you can see all the strings but graphs/shapes and Charts are not supported by WebReady Documment Vierwer. It contains only a light viewer for each file format so it's very limited. I hope OWA team release it in the new hotfix for EX 2007.
