Internet access over two lan's

Hi there

i would like to know if anyone knows if it is possible to connect one pc to a wireless network with an internet connection, and then connect the same pc to a other network over ethernet.

I need to access the pc and then check some configurations on the other network. will that be possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
