        <description><![CDATA[I am fairly certain that there is a template for that kind of thing built into Excel.  Of course this depends on the version of Excel you are using.Depending on the size of your baseline stock sheet, Excel may not be the best tool.  Access may be better.  I want to say that there is a template for this in Access as well but haven't used an Access template in years so can't say with any certainty.Finally, Google is your friend.  Check the web for templates.  The operation that you are describing is a fairly common one.Good luck!]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[Hi  I want to link my invoice to my stock sheet so that when creating the invoice in excel I type in the code name for the goods and the name of item and price will pull through to the invoice and I would also like it to take it off the stock list.  Is this possible.  Pleeeeeaaaassse help.  Thank you.]]></description>
