Creating a WAN and in Desperate need of HELP

I am new to network administration so please bare with me. I have 8 years of I.T. Experience.

My company wants me to create a remote off-site storage. I have a T1 at my location and running a SonicWall 2040 for my router and Firewall. I need to be able to link my companies LAN to the off-site location. I will have a SonicWall at the corporate office, another one for the off-site location with a SAN and Server. I am thinking I need to create a VPN tunnel between the two SonicWall 2040's. I want to have that remote server on my Domain because I am wanting to be able to remote access my remote server. I am putting in place a Remote Backup application so I can replicate my data via the internet to the remote site. If anyone can help I would be appreciative. Like I said, I am new to network administration. Thanks.
