Problems with Envelope Address Location when printing with Word XP

For some reason know only to the computer gods, my addresses now print out too high on envelopes, but still in the center, when using Word's Envelope and Label address feature for envelopes. It appears that envelopes are now printing in the center of my printer, not to the side as defined in my print settings. I've tried everything to reset this default setting. Does anyone know of a solution?

Which 'way' are you presenting envelopes to the printer?
By your post it sounds as if you are presenting them with the longest edge first.

Try inserting them short edge first, and change the printer settings to adjust for this.
