Bandwidth limiting

Hello!

heres my issue: I have a dedicated wireless conection, I receive my conection in a switch (netgear FSM75OS)- Here i receive 29 static ip's which share all the bandwidth that im receiving from the ISP.

Conections:
wireless->switch->routers and servers->local network

I need to limit the bandwidth to each of the static IPs im receiving from my ISP, i need a transparent bandwith limiting solution to plug in before the switch, i prefer hardware but any good software will be good and i prefer not to run windows.

Does any know any solutions?

You need a router that supports QOS (quality of service)
I believe Cisco has them, and even the Linksys RV082 supports it, which is now owned by Cisco anyway. happy
