Microsoft Exchange Reporting

I'm no expert on this believe me, but I thought you could track all the email traffic with the exchange manager message tracker service console on the server? I think I had to add it as a snap in to the console when I tried it.

I was just messing around and there may be a manual process using Excel. You would have to have logging enabled. Our log file is less than 7MB and if it is much bigger I think you will have to break the file up for it to fit in Excel. I froze the pain at line 4 and selected everything below line 4. I then sorted A to Z and that put all the blank lines at the bottom. I selected the top line of data and that was line 5 for me. On line 5 I set the AutoFilter under Data and did a customer filter under Recipient-Address. Then I selected 1028 under Event-ID. That should show all the email that the email address received in that log file. You would just have to change the filter for Recipient-Address two more times and you would be done. I do not know if that will help and it is kind of mottled but I hope it helps.
