I have a network printer.When i take print outs
from my computer it shows my user name on the printed documets.Means in Excel,word,my user name is comming.how to remove this one.
pls pls help me.I am not proficiant in office applications.

What kind of print server is it using? Where is the print queue located: Unix , Novell, or Windows server? Are you printing direct IP?

It is direct IP printer.I think it is not about printer.Coz some users only getting like this not all users in my network.

Maybe some are printing direct IP adn some are not. I don't think Windows has an option to do what you are seeing.

Yes i checked the printer confi.if any mistake is tehre in print server that will be applicable to all na.But this happend only two or three clients only.So i think it is in ms word options.

Shut off the banner option on the printer object
