Visit the Network Card Manufacturer's Web Site
and download the latest driver from them. It should also have instructions on how to install it.
Your computer might also have come with a CD for the System Board that has the appropriate drivers on it. You should have all your original CDs.

Depends on the system involved
If it's a Dell, HP, Gateway or the like you will have a Recovery Disc all that should be required them is to go to the Device Manager and chose to Update the Driver for any Missing Hardware with the XP Home CD in the Drive and allow the installation software to auto find the required driver.
If you have a White Box the Driver is on the M'Board CD which you can do the same thing on if it doesn't autorun when inserted into the Optical Drive.
If you need to download a new driver this is available at either the M'Board Makers Web Site, The System Maker Web Site or the Card Makers Web Site.

More importantly think on this one.
If this person has no Network Connection how did they post the Question here?
As they posted the question they obviously have another computer or at the very least access to another one and I'm supposing that they will still have access to return and look at any answers.
