dear all
i want block users to change proxy settings i dont have any domain system i installed one isa server and its working but my problem user can remove proxy setting how i can disable it. it mean if i login in one computer in my network as administrator i want change my proxy and as user they cant change it plz help me

If your end user has local admin rights on the box, you're SOL. Even if they're a part of an AD domain, as local admin, they can subvert GP until it refreshes
