why two scroll boxs working for IE but not for firefox

I am using Javascripts to create a scroll box (scroll the text again and again), it works fine with both IE and firefox. But when I tried to instantiate it to support the two scroll box, and it works only for IE, but not firefox. Does anybody know why ?
