Drives

well I'm usin'windows Xp..
When I click on any drive to open it, it asks me with what program I'd like to open the drive.....
I'd rely be grateful if any one could help me with that??

This should help
If you are running Vista do this with an elevated cmd prompt (admin).

For the drive; open a cmdprompt (or Run) and type - regsvr32 /i shell32.dll I would also do a spyware check with Spybot Search and Destroy and with AdWare, both are free and can be found at sites like; www.download.com

Have you installed any new software recently?

If you boot in safe mode what happens?

Try restore,maybe!

Look here and tell us what you see
In Explorer, click View > Folder Options > File Types.

Find 'Drive' in the list. Click on it and tell us what it says for Opens With. Also, click on Edit, and tell us what it says in the Actions box.
