0?000000ED: UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME stop error

Got tthe BSOD with this stop error. Rebooting into safe mode, restoring to last known good state is not working. How do I fix this?

You could
download the UBCD (Google it) or MHDD and create a bootable CD to run MHDD overnight with the loop repair options.
