How to get PXE boot menu to work with HP 6715b and GhostCast?

Hi there,
We recently got this model (HP/Compaq 6715b) and we tried to create an image with Ghost suite 2, v11.1.
My problem is with GhostCast, I tried to boot the machine from the network using the PXE Menu (After the NDIS driver is created for this model).
After I choose the boot from the menu, the laptop hangs in 'Transferring image file ...' and I have to force-boot it to turn it off.
I've used switches -noide -fni (laptop comes with sata drive)in the autoexec.bat file when creating the boot file.
Also I used those switches in the command line from GhostCast, but the laptop still hangs..
It seems it's not making it to the autoexec file at all. I know it has to do something with the PXE Menu, probably something missing in the SYS file.
We were able to make it work with Ghost Console through the network and also from a boot CD ... but it would be great to use it as well with GhostCast (we disabled BT, wireless, optical drive).
If anybody knows a way around this, it would be mush appreciated. any thoughts?
