Have you tried
online courses?
the IEEE computer society
(computer.org) has 2000+ element k courses
same ones new horizons uses
(but without instructor of course)
and the acm (acm.org)
has skillsoft courses
both you can take online while you are member . to join either is a bit over $100.
Mindleaders has dozens of mcse and cisco courses too.
You can read full text techie ebooks from oreilly and books24x7 on both sites included free with membership.
If you are not a self starter who can concentrate without interuptions then you'll need bootcamp instead but I'd recommend the online courses even if you do bootcamp later, you'll get more out of it.
they also include brainbench tests free for many topix. global also hosts some good datacenter courses for free from APC - datacenteruniversity.com on how to build DCs, how to save energy, electrical problems, add modular cooling, etc.

RE: Training Centers
My best advance you be to use CBT Nuggets for your CCNA and MCSE. CBT Nuggets is a video walk-through that shows and teaches all the components needed. There website is www.cbtnuggets.com . It really helped me a lot when I took the CCNA plus I hate just sitting in a classroom and wasting time over some material I might already know. Also, I have heard the MCSE program is great. Good luck in your certification goals.
