1) i get approx forty-eleven emails a day from TR. is there a pref someplace where i can opt out of some of it? I don't want to spam it cuz then i may miss admin or webmaster emails that matter.
2) i have a 2nd account that i signed up for (cuz i forgot i had an older one) and don't need. can it be deleted or deactivated or something? cuz it's spamming a 2ndary email.

If you are logged in and look up and to the right.....
.... just above the Store button, you will notice links for:
My Workspace
My Newsletters
Manage my Account
Log Out
Your newsletters can be managed in the newsletter link.
And, I think notifications for updates to threads you may have subscribed to can be handled in the workspace link.

Look at the bottom of all those e-mails. The part where it talks about unsubscribing....

There is a Light Blue Envelope on the bottom of this page
Just click on this and ask for the Account that you want removed to be removed. You'll have to be logged on with that Account to prove that you actually have Authority to request this action or nothing will be done about your request.
As for the E Mails left click on the Orange My Newletters on the Top Right Hand Side of the Screen and alter as required. You can add or remove what you are subscribed to there.
Read the messages that come up as the Humans need a couple of days to make the changes for deletions but I think that additions get added straight away.
If you want to be sure to have an Account Deleted look over the Forum and abuse one of the TR Staff. This is the quickest way that I know to get an Account Deleted but you just may get more than you bargain for.
