Checking Raid Configuration

I've recently taken over as Network Admin for a small company and the previous network admin didn't document anything,
the upshot of this is that a disk failed in one of the servers and i need to know how to check what Raid is configured on it,
Is that a way to do this via the command line

You should be able to do this
From the RAID Utility/Toolbox that is access before Windows even starts. After the POST Screen appears you should see a Press Insert Key Combination here to enter the RAID Utility.

All Raids work is done from this point not after Windows is started.
