user profile
can we recover a deleted user profile under Document & Setting other than creating a new one,if it is then plz inform me.I mean to say that, is to recover the old deleted one

Did you backup?
If you have a backup then it should relatively easy. If not you could probably try to recover the deleted files using the many software based tools that are available. You might need to be a bit more specific about your problem in order to get the most appropriate response.
