Emailing from a form

Hi
I have two questions,
1. I want to know how to send an email from access. I would like to be able to send individual emails to contacts. I have all the contacts on a form, and as you scroll through the details change for each person. is it possible to have a button that creates an email for each person on the one form where all the data is?

2.As an organisation we have a newsletter which we send out fortnightly. is it possible to make it so that you press a button and all the required emails are sent an email with the attachment.

thanks very much

Question 2
I know that if you use M$ Publisher you can email the newsletter from within Publisher. If you use Outlook, you can do it within the email or as an attachment.
