Blue Screen- 'STOP 0x00000050 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA)'

Hi All,

I am getting this error when I start my laptop.
After restarting and pressing F8 and selecting 'Last known Good Configeration' windows starts, but again if I restart the laptop I am getting the same error.

Pls help me.

can you start in safe mode?

0050 stop errors typically mean disk read errors.

In safe mode, try to run checkdisk

Done check disk in safe mode.
it is showing no bad sectors.
now what should I do?

What's your operating system? If it's Windows XP did you install any OS updates? If your OS is Windows XP and have another computer with Internet access and a CD burner, and you have your Windows XP installation disk, got to http://www.ubcd4win.com.
