SHARED PRINTER

Computer A has a printer attached and have set it up to be shared. On computer A going through the add printer I see the system name and clicking on it reveals the shared printer that I had named.
going to Computer B, or computer C I go through the add printer and see the system name that the printer is attached to however when I click on the system name it does not reveal the shared printer name.
These systems are windows XP sp2 or sp3. Can someone give me a clue to why this is happening? MS firewall is disabled and went through settings trying to see what might be checked that is preventing me from seeing the shared printer.
Appreciate the help.

Assuming that the workgroup names match
Are all systems attached to the same ethernet switch at the same link speed, on the same subnet?

the nbtstat command can help to troubleshoot netbios issues like this

All systems are the same ethernet switch at the same link speed and subnet.
I'll try nbtstat.

I did not set the printer up in a workgroup, using the network selection when doing the add printer.

File and Printer Sharing?
Rclick network places
Properties
Rclick active connection
Properties
make sure File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks is checked ( you might have to add it)
