guys
i need a software for installing LINUX operating system without creating separate drive for it.what i mean to say is i don't want to create any separate drive for installing it.I want use the free space available in my drives.I knew that some software's available for that but i'm not found IF ANYONE FOUND IT TOLD TO ME

Ubuntu and Xandros does this for you.

Though Xandros has to be paid for.
When you load on Linux go for the "custom" install, in there you can select where you want Linux to be I:E, on the free space as your Windows, or on another drive, if you select to have it on the free space of your Windows hard drive then Linux will shrink the space on the drive to use, when finished it will/should give you a boot option menu when you re-start your computer.

Good answer above. Run your Windows defragmenter before you start the Linux load. Linux will attempt to partition off the rest of the space on your hard drive for it. You'll want to make some kind of determination if you want to give some of this back to Windows. Windows can be very slow when it doesn't have at least 10% space available on its drive, so if you plan to dual boot, you will want Windows to continue to work.
