Outlook 2007 - Calendar/scheduling issue.

My workplace just upgraded to Exchange and Outlook 2007 as the client.
One of my enduser's has an issue with scheduling on calendars.

She says she gets this error message "Suggestions are not provided
because most attendees are not available during your working hours."

My first thought is that the attendees do not have their calendar setup
with their workweek and available time, so it's not an error on her
machine nor is it an error on Outlook's part.

Anyone have feedback or suggestions on this topic, as I would really
appreciate it, thanks in advance.

I think that you need to re-sheduale the Out of offic section.
As for "Suggestions are not provided
because most attendees are not available during your working hours." Might be correct if they are all out to a big dinner. happy
You might have to reset the Out of Office again, so go here:

Scheduling issues
Moejj,

Seems that there is an issue getting the attendees to display in the calendar because of issues with not being able to see the organizer. This appears to be the main issue. I think that if the attendees can see the organizer this would make it much better. This would expedite the process and make it much easier to receive and reply to the requests made by the organizer.
