not able to acess site in my client desktop and server ???? pls help

Dear Friends,

I m facing problem like i m not able to acess my company site in our dhcp network it occured after server crashed here and we builted new server.

Let me tell u something thru which u may help me out

Our company webserver is located in US and in india we have branch office and After rebuilting New DNS Server and domain controller on 2003 such problem started and Website address like XYZ.com and Domian name XYZ.com are same and if i ping XYZ.com from client pc or server it gives reply DNS server ip address and if i ping website from any other network it replies by ipaddress located in us

i posted question on other forums and also on this ..i was told to check A-record so can any 1 help me out how do i check A-record or settings what is getting worng that i m not able to check my company website

You'll need to have your System Admin do it..........
As a client, there's nothing you can do. Your System/Network Administrator needs to do it.

Configure in DNS
You need to put an "A" record in your internal DNS server that your clients are using. WWW to the IP address of our external website.

So if users want the internal web site they type xyz.com and if they want the external site they type www.xyz.com
