OfficeJet 7410 AIO won't install on the network correctly

OfficeJet 7410 won't install on the network correctly. We had this working for years before the hard drive failed.

Since we got the fresh system up and running:

OfficeJet 7410 won't install on the network correctly. I installed it USB. After I created a TCPIP port, I shifted the printer to use the network. It prints but will not scan over the network. If I make a second port (TCPIP) and shift it to the number two port, it scans but fails to print.

Hp's support says it's my firewall. I turn off the firewall but

it has the same behavior.

I have reinstalled it numerous times (even bought the latest CD

from HP)and still get the same behavior.

I welcome anyone's ideas, as I am stumped.
