Dear Friends,
I write to ask for your learned advice. My Microsoft Office Outlook has started to loose the PST file. It just disapears & all my Emails & Address book details are gone.
Has anyone any idea why this happens? is it some kind of Virus attack. I have scanned for virus but nothing found. Any help would be appreciated. Glyn

Is the workstation a member of the domain?
Does the domain have a policy to not allow Outlook clients to create PST?
HijackThis is a utility to scan for active trojans and is available at http://www.download.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html
Is the PST missing or is it just empty?
