Cisco 2900 switch without any IOS

I accidentally deleted the flash on my Cisco Catalyst 2900 series xl switch while trying to upgrade. I have a backup copy of the IOS but do not know how to restore it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Cisco's Site would be a better place to go

you can get the complete how to on booting the switch restoring the IOS etc.

or just google. There's plenty of sites that have that information as well.

or buy one of the cisco press self paced training books for CCNA certification. backing up, restoring IOS is in that book.
