Creating a MS SQL Server Linked Table to Oracle

I apologize if this has been asked already, but I was unable to find it. (If it has been, please post a link to the answer.)

Does anyone know how to create a Linked Server in MS SQL to pull data from an Oracle 10g (I think) database? I have the Oracle ODBC drivers, etc, but I need all the steps to creating the Linked Server and then what I should use for the query.
