Printing locally on Terminal Server

I am running Terminal Services on a Windows 2003 64 bit. We have employee's from home users log into the box. We would like to have the people to be able to print to their local printers.

is there an easy way to do this? Possibly a script that pulls their local printers in per session or something pretty easy?

printing locally on TS
your problem can be solved by using TSPrint software. You have to installing the TSPrint Server on your remote desktop server and TSPrint Client on your client workstations. This will automatically enable you and your users to start printing on their local printers without any problems. TSPrint also offers additional features that come very handy when working Terminal Services/Remote Desktop. It's low price and no driver needed. take a look at www.terminalworks.com
