Help on Vista and Outlook

Ladies and/or Gentlemen good evening from Cali
after installing a program absolutely sure free of malware, my Vista Business got out from the dominiom and as i had forgotten my admin pwd it was very difficult to get back.
after that i had to change my OS to a previous date (to look for a good state...)but the Outlook folders with info dissapear!!!
It was very difficult to get the path to the .pst files but i finally got them...
But i have not been able to restore the emails i had up to that date into the respective folders: received messages, sent messages...filed inbox messages, etc...
I will appreciate somebody to help me telling the procedure to recover them to its place!!!
Best Regards:

If you had System Restore
enabled when you removed the Malware I would check to see if anything has been left behind. If it finds anything turn off System Restore and run it again in Safe mode.

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, install it and update it and scan your Sysytem.

Malwarebytes

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download them from here and just double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install.
mbam-rules

I would keep scanning with it until it is clean by closing out and rebooting and running it again.
