Is XUbuntu 9.04 easier than previous versions

I was getting a shipment of computers to sell at a Flea Market and I was wondering about installing Xubuntu on 1 or 2 of them. I already heard that the newer Debian versions now come with Flash Player 10. However will it be easy for the average computer user to use a linux machine. Just wondering
