I use a lead service that prospect information via SMS text messages to my cell phone. As competitors get this information too, time is of the essence. I'm trying to find out which carrier's network (Sprint, US Cellular, etc) delivers text messages in the Midwest the fastest. I'd appreciate if anybody could point me to a source where this information exists if any.

Most carriers will give you a free trial phone
so you can test it yourself.
I would expect most carriers deliver messages in a couple of seconds.
The big issue I could see is if a clueless local operator had service issues, where messages got dropped.
