How to find a good job

Hi,

I am MCSE an I have good knowleage of linux, SQL, ISA, CCTV, CISCO. I also have good experience in IT but I am facing problem how to find a job. currently I am working in the gulf and I am trying to go back in Europe.
If someone knows agood recruitment company, please share.
