I have the requirement of uploading the excel file with password into the system in asp.net. Can any one suggest me the way to do.. I am waiting for the answers!.

Two ways come to mind.
Example - excel 2003: Tools > Options > Security.
Or compress the file (zip, 7z, or other), and password-protect that with the compression utility.
