Looking for a solution. We use Filemaker Pro for one database of client/patient names, addresses, dates, notes, etc, and a web-based document storage service for scanned documents related to the above. I want to use just one program, user level access limitations, and export to excel reports.
I know this is kind of vague, but we do case preparation for workers comp cases, so I dont need a medical office suite, just a basic patient record type, that can have scanned documents (PDF) attached to that record for easy retrieval.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing that I've seen used in a position like this
Is a stripped down Medical Suite.
Here at least one of the Main Medical Software Suppliers has a version of their product that is very limited and used to save records.
I haven't seen anything else used in a situation like this.
